Workplace appraisal and CPD

We ask that you record your CPD using the LI online CPD service (or the standard LI CPD reporting form until 2021) – but you may transfer information from your workplace appraisal if it identifies your personal development objectives. We do caution that appraisals often focus more on work tasks than on personal and professional development. It’s likely that you’ll still need to complete additional information in your record that focuses on your career beyond your current role. Equally, the new LI online CPD service contains the ability to download the CPD record that you enter so that you can use it in other settings, such as for your workplace appraisal discussion.
