The Landscape Institute (LI) has submitted its comments to Scottish government on the draft National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4). When adopted, NPF4 will inform the Scottish Government’s priorities and policies for the planning system until 2045. It will set out how planning and development will contribute to Scotland’s net zero ambitions. NPF4 is the first iteration of the National Planning Framework to bring together spatial and planning policies in one place.
