Landscape Works Contract 2017 (JCLI LWC 2017)<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A Standard Form of Agreement and Conditions of Contract for Landscape Works, predominantly for use as a ‘commercial’ contract, which replaces all previous editions and revisions of the JCLI Landscape Works Contract.<\/p>\n

The Contract has been updated to take account of many of the amendments in the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016. The payment provisions in the 2017 edition are essentially the same as in the 2012 edition, and guidance on the changes is provided in the JCLI Practice Note No 8 Revision 2 (April 2017) and the Model Certificates and Other Forms document for the contract (April 2017) which are free downloads below.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Scottish Landscape Works Agreement August 2020 (JCLI SLWA 2020-08)<\/h2>

This Agreement enables JCLI LWC 2017 to be used in a manner consistent with Scottish Law. It does not replace the JCLI LWC 2017 but the JCLI LWC is treated as a Contract Document which should be initialled and annexed to this Agreement. JCLI Practice Note No 8 Rev 2 (with the Guidance in JCLI SLWA) and the JCLI Model Certificates and Other Forms for use with JCLI LWC and LWCD (April 2017) also apply to this Agreement.
