It is an opportunity to bring members together to receive reports on the past year\u2019s results and activity, as well as updates on the coming year\u2019s activities and ask questions to the Board, CEO and senior team.<\/p><p>The main business of an AGM includes:<\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Approving the minutes of the previous year\u2019s AGM<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Receiving the Trustees Annual Report and Financial Statements<\/span><\/p><\/li><li>To approve the appointment or re-appointment of the Institute\u2019s auditors.<\/li><\/ul><p>The AGM and other General Meetings are held in accordance with the LI <a href=\"https:\/\/landscapeinstitute.org\/member-content\/governing-documents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">governing documents<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/landscapeinstitute.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/General-Meeting-Policy-and-Process-Sept-2024.pdf\">General Meeting Policy and Process<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p>Once the membership renewal process has been completed each year, the total corporate membership number will be published.
